Not friendly or personable. Made me feel uncomfortable explaining symptoms because she seemed like she didn't care or wanted to be on the video for my appointment

Nothing stood out as exceptional about her. She was thorough. I asked for a certain medication and she was fine with that.

It was extremely simple to request the virtual visit. I did not want to come in as I felt that horrible. The physician was very professional and caring. Reviewed my existing meds, what symptoms I was having, then prescribing antibioticss that I know work on me. Two days later I was on the mend, feeling so much better!

This is a very nice way of seeing a provider online and not leave your home, I was so sick and got the help I needed at home. I couldn't even get out the bed, and she knew exactly what I needed. I can't thank the clinic enough.

I wish I could have taken Paxlovid but am on a blood thinner. This PA could not take me off it tho. She had to prescribe another med.

She was fantastic! I did not have any audio with my zoom visit and instead of hanging up like the previous lady did she texted me and then called me back and took care of of my needs. She was great. Could not have asked for a kinder or more caring person for my visit after it being hung up on by the last person

Every time I've tried to use this video service to see a doctor I have waited for over an hour and a half. This last time it was 2 hours before I hung up, called back and immediately got a doctor within 15 minutes. So I'm not sure if there's something with people waiting and it just doesn't go through the doctor. But this is the second time that I've waited in the waiting room as you call it for well over an hour and a half before hanging up and calling back and getting through within 15 to 20 minutes

She was good but I wish she had spoken a little more slowly and distinctly so I could have understood more of what she said. My wife interpreted but it meant I was more focused on hearing than on my condition (Covid).
