I would rate Dr Rood as a 6 or 7 If I were given the option. He Is the best health care provider I have ever had. He listens to my problems/concerns and works with me to develop a plan. He explains my issues, frequently drawing pictures to help me understand. He has no ego, so I feel I have a partner to work through my issues rather than an expert who tells me what I need to do.

I have, do, and will continue to recommend Dr Rood to all who are interested. When I referred my sister-in-law, Dr Rood set her up with his associate, Dr Miller, and she likes him as much as I like Rood.

Dr. Rood is Elvis. He is the KING. He saved my life in 2007, and he has been the most fantastic doctor I have ever had. That is saying a lot, as I am 67 years old. He is caring, understanding, brilliant, thoughtful, a great listener and a valued confidant. I do not like him at all when he puts a vinyl glove on, but thankfully, that hasn't happened in a few years...

Dr Rood always explains my issues with examples and in ways in which I can understand. I was surprised that he was concerned with the time I was at the appointment as he was very busy that day. I believe that his bedside manner has improved much over the last decade.
