She was very nice and helped guide me through a self abdominal exam. I know she was busy, but took time to make me feel important

I felt that she was rude and dismissive. I felt quite displeased when the visit concluded. Her bedside manner needs much work.

I wish providers still cared. I truly miss that feeling of compassion.

Provider answered all of my questions and giggled at my bad jokes. She asked open ended questions that allowed for me to explain. She told me my options and I felt well informed.

My provider was excellent, however, it was clear that her clock was running. Easy to figure out she was expected to get to the next patient ASAP. This is not the provider's fault. I would prefer an in-person visit that allows for more time.

She was so rude. I am still blown away by it.

Heidi DiGennaro is an excellent clinician. I am very grateful for the specialized care she has provided me over the last 6 years.

Doctor was unimpressive. She shrugged off what I felt like was a big issue with my eyelid. She literally was almost disappointed that I had reached out for care and had no empathy for the pain I was in. She figured she knew exactly what was wrong, over Zoom, and offered little advice or treatments for the issue.

She showed empathy and was caring

Dr gennaro provided excellent care and thought of all of the possible interactions of the new medication with the medication I'm already taking. She was very thorough in her assessment of my issue and helped to resolve my problem. Dr gennaro provided excellent care.

This appointment was annoying because the Nurse in Call said I should have the appointment to get an RX for Paxlovid as I was trying to get over Covid ASAP. While the healthcare provider was sympathetic to my situation, Paxlovid was not an option because I was not high risk.

Provider seemed abrupt, rushed and judgmental

Provider was condescending and unhelpful. Very dismissive and acted as though I was exaggerating. Did not resolve my problem and I was forced to schedule another appointment with another provider and pay more of my own money when the problem didn't magically go away on its own as she implied it would.

I was clearly her last patient and she was probably ready to go she knew more about my situation than I did

I believe the PA was at a disadvantage. I had to be prepared with my temperature, feeling for swollen lymph nodes and all while struggling with laryngitis. We had no discussion about the prescriptions just that she would call them into CVS. This was the first time I've ever had such a miserable cold and not be plagued with a sinus infection.

The care provider was super professional, courteous and gave excellent advice that quickly moved me to healing.

The provider assessed my situation. Though I'm still on medication for the next 5 days, I feel she helped me understand my symptoms.

Very short and seemed like I was a nuisance to her. However, she did resolve my issue which is why I thought the experience was fair.

She was very attentive and helpful. She helped me to feel better and no as worried.
