About Sara Bohac, MD

Sara Bohac, MD, FAAP is a primary care pediatrician who practices with Cleveland Clinic Chesterland Pediatrics. She is Section Head for both the Chesterland office and the Hillcrest office.

Dr. Bohac is board certified in general pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. She studied medicine at University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria in 2010. She completed her post-graduate pediatric residency program at Case Western Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital in 2013. She has practiced in Chesterland since graduating residency. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Bohac’s special interests include primary care, adolescent care, well child care, newborn care, complex care management, teaching and education, preventative medicine, asthma, obesity, exercise medicine, ADHD and behavioral issues.

The doctor seemed rushed. I had several questions, she answered them, but I had to tell her I had more concerned. I've never felt rushed w/her before.

My son was concerned about the scoliosis check and wouldn't put on the gown but both the nurse and doctor did an excellent job of talking to my son and making him feel comfortable enough to get through the exam and all was well.

Dr Bohac was incredibly thorough throughout the exam. she displayed empathy and understanding of not only my son but of me. I greatly appreciate the phone call I received the day after the visit to inquire about his condition!!!

My husband & I love Dr. Bohac & her nurse. We went to another provider & location while she was on maternity leave, & was so pleased for her to come back. We will never go anywhere else. I work at the VA hospital, & a team like she has is hard to come by.
