Jeffrey Brown, DO is a member of the Department of Family Medicine of Cleveland Clinic in Solon. He is also a faculty member of the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University and Heritage College of OsteopathicMedicine- Ohio University.
Family medicine originally attracted his interest because it involves care for everyone in the family, regardless of age or health status, and he has a particular interest in adolescent medicine, which can be a challenging time of change for all members of the family.
Dr. Brown enjoys providing broad-based primary care to a diverse patient population with an emphasis on health maintenance, preventive medicine and patient education. He manages both acute and chronic conditions and is active in teaching medical students.
He graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a business degree and worked as a computer programmer for 15years. He then went back to school to follow his childhood dream of being a doctor. After completing Harvard University's post-baccalaureate pre-med program, he attended medical school at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford Maine and completed his residency at Metro Hospital-Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio. He is board-certified in Family Medicine.

For scheduled virtual appointments, it would be better if the doctor or other medical practitioner's office calls me rather than go through mychart. Very positive appointment and only the hookup was stressful.

Dr. Brown is an excellent doctor who has been very helpful this past year. His schedule, however, is very full and it can be difficult to schedule a visit on short notice. In all fairness he and his coworkers have done their best to accommodate my schedule and been willing to work me in even if not with Brown himself.

Dr, Brown is professional with respects to his interactions with the patient, but he is also open to being a physician who steps beyond that wall, and responds as being beyond just clinical care. Example was our discussion about OTC "natural" cures. Useful but funny and fun.

Dr. Brown is my PCP and Isvery good. Problem is when I need to see him because of a problem I can't get an appointment with him. Part of the problem is there are to many layers of non medical people to go through when you need to see a Dr.

Dr. Brown is very good when I see him for my check ups. When I ha e a problrm I am not able to get an appointment. He has told me toho through my chart but that could take up to 3 days going through all the layers of filters.

Dr Brown and his entire office are stellar! So much so, that I convinced my wife to switch to Dr. Brown as her pcp as well, because they were so kind, caring and responsive! Generally good. However, I am not sure that I saw Dr. Brown that day. I believe I did a video call with his assistant (? Dr. - do not remember - sorry.) This doctor was fine. I would like to make a short comment on Dr. Brown. I recommend keeping him. His approach, his openness, his concern, and his desire to really help the patient really shows through.
