Dr. Foldvary Schaffer is OUTSTANDING. I feel very fortunate to have her as my care provider.

Reviewed on Jan 17, 2024

Dr Foldvary seems to think I am responding better to the current medication than I do. I know how bad I was during my initial appointment and didn't want to revisit that. She seemed so struck by my improvement that I'm not sure she was seeing how much I am still struggling to sleep. The doses of my medications were increased, but the three month return time feels like forever when you are still crying from exhaustion several days per week.

Reviewed on Sep 20, 2023

Dr. Foldvary Schaefer was the first epiletologist I saw in the Epilepsy Center in 1993 when I first came to Cleveland Clinic after Mt. Sinai closed down. She also treats me for sleep disorder. She knows my medical history, discussed my situation and includes me in the discussion so it is not a one-sided exchange; truly understands how my conditions have changed over time; and shows empathy. She hears me, which I greatly appreciates.
