I explained that my daughter had been treated for a throat infection exactly 7 days before my throat started hurting. This doctor appeared a little irritated that I was traveling in Florida and wanted me to drive over 2 hours for a covid test. He would not prescribe antibiotics. I became worse and needed to end my vacation prematurely and come home. once home I did another virtual visit because I was so sick. That provider prescribed me antibiotics and within 24 hours I was feeling better. The infection got so bad I lost my voice and had consistent hiccups because I could not breath properly. I am a bariatric patient and excess air is not good for me. I was very unhappy about my treatment, especially because I was far from home, gave the history of my daughters infection and the ability to have a virtual visit so that I could get well and enjoy my vacation. Instead I was sick for longer than necessary and left my vacation 4 days early, which had been fully paid for and non refundable.

Excellent physician. Went above and beyond to help explain my symptoms and took really the time to help understand my symptoms and steps to take following our appointment. 10/10
