VERY DETAILED!!! <3 I loved knowing exactly what I was going in for, the details the explanation of everything. The humor of the OR and how everyone seemed to get along. How they were all ready to start work for the day and seemed well rested and bright eyed. The staff was ready for the day and had their coffee/tea/breakfast! I met both Anesthesiologist and was finally given a detailed Idea of what happens with my mouth and throat. The Urologist and urologist that was learning on staff was very caring and ready to learn! I hope she learns a lot. I hope they get this message because everyone did such a good job and I feel so much better. It was a bitter outcome of what had to happen and wish I knew abouot this team sooner so It would have been the opposite thing done. However, I'm glad to have met each and everyone of them!

First, Ms. Bandi was most knowledgeable of her discipline. She clearly conveyed what factors she was considering (explaining a couple along the way upon my questioning) in outlining my options given my particular situation. Additionally, it was obvious Ms. Bandi likes what she does as reflected in her enthusiasm which was subtle, but omnipresent.
