While my overall experience at this location with these people was not good at all, I do understand that people have off days and sometimes life gets the vest of them and it leaks into their work. I have never met this Dr. Again so I have no idea if this I'd how she is at all times or the cat and dreamcatcher tattoos were really that insane that she could not look me in the eyes. I still think the CCF is the best and got some great information at my follow up hearing test appointment which was performed by another woman who was great in helping me understand what the next steps were.

I'm grateful to Dr Wencil for her perseverance in helping me find relief in my years long problem with irritation of the mouth and gums. She showed compassion and empathy and was determined to help me. out of all the other doctors I've visited, she is the only person that was able to help. Very thankful!

Outstanding courtesy respect and care from provider. My regular appointment in summer was cancelled due to COVID, resulting in this time having an excess of ear wax. it was more difficult but the process never hurt at all. AND was it ever a great relief to hear clearly again. it was a good accomplishment including full ENT check up.
