My appt with Dr. Knight was fine. But the young girl at the front desk at check in left a lot to be desired. She pointed to the new list of changes and when I asked her what it was about she flatly told me to "just read it". I was disappointed by her rudeness. Not what I expect from Cleveland Clinic. And there wasn't anybody else in the waiting room!

Ease of contacting is so low because when I need to call the office I can NOT get a hold of Dr. Knight or his staff. To get transferred to the office is like pulling teeth. I can't stand it.

Dr Knight snd his staff are very efficient and helpful, he is very through he puts me the patient at ease . He should be in charge of teaching family practice residents how to be doctors ie have a good bedside manner !! The Cleveland Clinic is very fortunate y to have him on your staff. As a very successful Veternarian I have recommended my clients to see if Dr Knight would take them on as patients he has and they are very pleased with his care!

Dr. Knight is very calm, caring, professional and respectful. He helps me to keep my terminal disease in perspective; he convinces me my cancer could remain in remission for a long time (even though I have already beat the statistical norms)
