I was so pleased with my appointment time with Kathleen Laffey. She is very easy to connect with and I came away from the appointment really sensing that she was a caring, patient centered healthcare provider. Despite the hoopla that came with the Epic outage, my husband and I never felt rushed in any way. She was all in on addressing our concerns and communicating with us in a way that left us feeling that everything had been thoroughly addressed. I've been through a lot of medical appointments in the last while and the success of our appointment with Kathleen stands out. Thank you, Kathleen!
