She was polite and professional but did not seem to have a lot of answers or options for me. Maybe that was the nature of my condition but when it didn't really work that well the first time, doing it again didn't really give me too much hope and no other options were discussed.

Barbara Maline is amazing! She was incredibly helpful in getting my second back injection approved within a day so that I could have my scheduled shot the following day. Her bedside manner is wonderful, she is generous with her time, and she was happy to answer the numerous questions I had.
