Dr. Cooper and PA Janae were absolutely awesome, very professional and caring. Even though Independence is much further from my home I would definitely return to that location to see them

This was a reschedule due to provider wasn't available. The person rescheduling did not inform that it was a different provider. Both me and the provider was surprised. The audiologist was very kind and helpful. It would be ok to be seen by her again.
