Very personal, caring and patient . Dr. P. Heba , explain and show me how to reset my hearing aids back to answering on my iPhone. Very professional and friendly.

Dr. Heba is extremely thorough and does not treat me like a "number" but rather listens and tries to address any and every issue I may bring up or ask about. She always tells me to call or come back any time. She also let me know when the warrantee on my hearing aides expires and how she will actually send them in for a check up and/or any upgrades that may be available before warranttee expiration. ...Some professionals leave all that up to you. I highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr Heba is excellent. She is empathetic, clear and responsive in explaining complex technical information. I am a first time hearing aid user, and she treated me with patience and great respect, as though I was a family member. Really positive experience!

I had a hearing test. The Dr.listened to all my concerns and explained my type of hearing loss and what my options are. We talked about different ways of coping living with someone else that has hearing loss. She was excellent! I would highly recommend Dr. Penny!!
