She was an excellent listener, explained in simple terms to me and accommodated my schedule because I was unable to be there in the morning due to my condition. Did a follow up call with me today that was excellent. Hopefully somebody reads these reviews and tells her what a great job she did!

Wanted an appointment with Dr. Luke Webber. Called in April. Offered appointment in November. Then was offered an appointment with CNP Levy for May 29. More than a month after phone call. Was able to get earlier appointment after the third time of being notified of wait list appointments. Not an acceptable way to get medical care.

Sherry was a great resource. She referred me to follow-up with a doctor in the department due to my medical issues. However, she helped me get scheduled for testing and start to consider the possibilities of what is going on medically. I was thankful to have her as a first step in my search for answers and her guidance!
