Rachel Heers is an outstanding caregiver. I would rate her higher if possible. She has always shown great care and kindness. She has always made me feel safe and comfortable. She has been very accessible when I needed to communicate with her. She has addressed my health concerns in a way that has allayed my fears. I feel very fortunate to have her as one of my caregivers. I will highly recommend her if the opportunity arises. She is a fantastic asset to the Cleveland Clinic.

If memory serves me, I believe the availability for this appointment 6-9 months out which seemed very far out in advance. Dr Rachel Heers was FANTASTIC and I highly recommend her, it would have just been nicer to have been able to see her more quickly.

Rachel Hears is a great listener. Also, the nurse's assistant I had remembered scheduling my appt and she was very patient with me. Also, they are both very kind and friendly. Rachel Hears puts you at ease, and she always gets back to me quickly. She is very knowledgeable.
