Rachel Hears is a great listener. Also, the nurse's assistant I had remembered scheduling my appt and she was very patient with me. Also, they are both very kind and friendly. Rachel Hears puts you at ease, and she always gets back to me quickly. She is very knowledgeable.

NP Rachel Heers paid attention to what I was going through with the Cancer AG19.9 lab coming back abnormal with my Gastro procedure . I had the Mamogram, the Diagnostic & the hand held ultra sound because of 3 cyst in one area. She recommended I should have another diagnostic mamogram. Since that was 6 mo. Ago & meet with a doctor as the reading coming back indicating it was abnormal somewhere in my body & St. Johns ruled OK in the Pancreas. I appreciate her recommendations.
