Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists may collaborate with the pharmaceutical or medical device industries to help develop medical breakthroughs or provide medical expertise or education. Cleveland Clinic strives to make scientific advances that will benefit patient care and support outside relationships that promise public benefit. In order for the discoveries of Cleveland Clinic physicians' and scientists' laboratories and investigations to benefit the public, these discoveries must be commercialized in partnership with industry. As experts in their fields, Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists are often sought after by industry to consult, provide expertise and education.

To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, Cleveland Clinic maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

As of 8/15/2024, Dr. Ravakhah has reported no financial relationship with industry that is applicable to this listing. In general, patients should feel free to contact their doctor about any of the relationships and how the relationships are overseen by Cleveland Clinic. The doctor was relaxed and did not show a pressure from time constraints. This was a huge factor in putting me at my ease.

Compared to what we receive at our local medical offices, Dr Ravakhah is a rock star. Very helpful and caring and was not in a rush. Answered all my questions and his follow up was just as great.

Most patients don't have the opportunity to be seen by a physician of this caliber. He may have discovered a condition that I have and prescribed medication that may help me a great deal. I'm very appreciative that I had the good fortune to be seen by him.

I have a hearing problem and I could not hear him and all while he was on The TV screen he had his head lowered so I could not hear him at all. I kept telling him I couldn't hear him but he kept lowering his head and I couldn't even see his face. I just saw the top of his head. Very disappointed in that

Dr. Ravakhah is truly one of the finest internal medicine specialists I have met at Cleveland Clinic. He took time to understand my health concern and scheduled the urinalysis that we both agreed was appropriate and needed. (Something my own PCP was unwilling to take 10 minutes and do)

Dr was very knowledgeable

Reviewed on Sep 20, 2024

I would love to have Dr. Ravakhah as my primary care doctor!! When I got off the phone with him, I started crying from relief! I can't even type this now without crying. He is the first traditional medicine doctor in 15 years with the knowledge yo understand my symptoms and had s plan in place by the end of our call. He was tremendously kind, unbelievably caring, funny, and was so knowledgeable!! I'm not exaggerating when I say he restored my faith in doctors. I told my husband: "Now I know what it's like dealing with a REAL doctor!" I couldn't be more grateful and I have hope for the first time in many years.

I give him a 6! He was so very kind and reassuring. I so appreciated it since I have been sick for some time

The doctor was great. Scheduling is not good.

Reviewed on Sep 12, 2024

The first time meeting with the doctor, he impressed me by saying I spent over an hour reviewing your charts and symptoms. I can't begin to explain how much that means to me, when things often go overlooked. He really cares about the bigger picture and not just treating symptoms, but really obtaining a better quality of life.
