Colby is an excellent listener. I love the fact that Colby will say he is not sure regarding a question rather than trying to make up an "authoritative" answer to a question. I trust him. He is also very gentle in his care (careful and concerned when he aspirated my knee), and empathetic to my concerns and feelings.
