Dr. Jacobs called me while my uncle and his direct care provider were together with him in the office. He showed respect for my uncle by asking if he had any questions and answered all of my questions in a professional and caring manner.

Reviewed on Aug 21, 2020

Medications prescribed by Dr. Jacobs are working well for my uncle's blood pressure and cardiac condition - which had not been the case for many years from prior health care providers.

Remarkably effective routine appointment, given need to change from in-person to phone. Though in-person portions such as ecg & stethoscope had to be skipped, I was able to provide BP reading & respond to questions that would have indicated problems. Provider was prepared with most recent lab work and addressed all areas normally reviewed. Provider gave excellent summary of current issues, prognoses & expected follow-up.
