*Dr. Murray never talked to family after surgery - disappointed that family did not get any feedback.

Called in April but could not get appt. until August. Doctor gave card with different phone number to have quicker response.

Dr. Murray and any medical staff have always explained things and have been professional.

Colby the PA was wonderful. he actually spent more time getting to know me and my case than the doctor did. It is a great thing that I am a registered nurse because I know my case so well. The doctor was completely unaware of my case and show very little intrest.

This was a prescheduled f/u visit after a total knee replacement. I did not call for the appt. Dr Murray and the ortho staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Reviewed on Jul 11, 2018

This was the longest wait I have had to see Dr. Murray--it was about 20 minutes. I did not feel that he rushed into my appt or rushed me through my appt when he came into the room. Generally I am seen within 5 to 10 minutes, so I can't really complain.

EVERYBODY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. ALL ASPECTS. DR. MURRAY SHOWED PATIENCE AND INSTILLED CONFIDENCE IN ME.

Reviewed on Jun 27, 2018

everyone was very nice and helpful from registration, to the people at the front desk, the medical assistant, the fellow and Dr. Murray. The fellow & Dr. Murray we're very nice and professional and asked me good questions and listened to what I had to share. Dr. Murray patiently listened to my questions and answered every one of them. I appreciated his kind honesty regarding my medical condition. Dr. Murray is definitely well versed in his field of Orthopedics and I would highly recommend him.

Apply to anesthesiologist (only physician I had much contact with). He carefully explained my anesthesia, addressed my concerns, and I felt no pain and have no recall of surgical procedure.

the whole experience - from calling for an appt, talking with staff at CC, talking with Cody and most importantly Dr Murray was excellent. Dr Murray was like a breath of fresh air - so honest and listened to me as though I was important. excellent visit!

Dr. Murray's approach was to give me options, explain, and let me decide. Although he does not like the hip resurfacing option, he offered to get me an appointment with Dr. Brooks to help me see him sooner. In that way I'll have more information to make a decision, consistent with his approach.
