Dr. Toland was the best service I have received. She took her time explaining why she was giving me each medication and discussing my health issues. This issue lingered for 8 weeks and first doctor gave me the wrong meds. Second no meds and thanks to her I'm back to 100% less than a week. I'm so happy and truly appreciate her!!! Great job!!!

This was a followup to an ER visit--Jessica was thoroughly reviewed all test results and compared them to a similar ER visit a few years ago. I agreed with her recommendation that my situation is not cardiac related but digestive and will follow up with scheduling and endo procedure

Jessica listened to my concerns and came up with a great resolution for my persistent eye infection. Thanks to her help, one of the worst eye infections of my life resolved within a matter of days. I really appreciated the flexibility of a visit through video since I have a very busy schedule. One thing I really appreciated about. Jessica was her kindness and non-judgmental perspective.

Jessica is wonderful. She takes the time to listen to me & asks probing questions about how & what I'm feeling - she truly cares about me. She always thoroughly explains what she thinks is going on with me & the next steps that she's proposing & why they're important. I always feel at ease & very comfortable with Jessica. She always follows up in a very timely manner - I never have to call to follow up on anything. I greatly appreciate her kindness & empathy & her exceptional level of care. She's represents everything I believe the Cleveland Clinic stands for.

Honestly, I usually feel quite frustrated in dealing with the Cleveland Clinic as a whole. But This particular office with Jessical Toland and Dr. Munira Karim is EXCELLENT. It's easy to get in to see someone. Everyone I've encountered there is nice, respectful, and treats you like a human being. Jessica is a good listener and good at figuring out what the problem is.
