Dr Matko was excellent, I heard he was great and it turned out to be correct

Reviewed on Oct 5, 2023

I would give Dr Matko 100 across the board if available. He is great! He did my knee replacement and has showed genuine interest in how I am doing and what I can do to improve. He has been very positive yet strict. I enjoy his no nonsense attitude and his caution with before and after care. I tell everyone how good he is and if they need a physician for joint issues, he is the one.

Dr. Matko was very attentive, explained everything well; e.g. Injury, Healing expectations, When sent notice of concern via MyChart, he responded within a few hours and clear information and encouragement. That was when I needed that as I was discouraged about the healing process. I regained full confidence that I was on the right track.

I am a health care professional also and I honestly believe she went above and beyond. She is someone whom I would highly reccomend to fellow healthcare workers and friends.

Dr. Matko is kind and concerned. However, because CC appointments seem to be limited to 15 minutes, he was conspicuously rushed. He had already made up his mind about the best course of treatment and didn't have time to consider my alternative proposals.
