Dr. Matko was very helpful and listened to my issues. He did not push an agenda. We had a delightful conversation about life as well as my knees. I hope I do not have to see him for a while, but know I will look forward to talking to him about my arthritic knees and respect his opinion as to treatment.

I Love Dr.Matco, I just think he has too many appointment's scheduled in one day. I really did not have enough time to go over everything that I wanted too during my visit... sensing he was kind of rushed I did not continue with more questions I had, and more issues to discuses.

Dr. Matko was very concerned about my problem and was very up front that he wasn't the physician who could fix it, which was refreshing. He apologized that we drove from Toledo to see him and that he couldn't help (which wasn't his fault or schedulings fault, I have a rather unique situation for my age). Dr. was very kind and advised of two other CC doctors that could help and followed up with messages to their offices to help get me in asap.

The doctor dismissed my questions/concerns about using Tylenol for pain relief. I referred him to my meds chart to indicate I already take an NSAD and didn't want to increase that. "Tylenol won't help" not a good answer for someone on high blood pressure meds.

Dr matko is very intelligent, kind, courteous, efficient health care provider. very competent, knowledgeable and effective. I couldn't have a better doctor, for my orthopedic needs, and in general. The Orthopedic Department is very good....effective and accommodating. I cannot say the same for the other places or departments. The clinic staff used to be superior....would go out of their way to be helpful and accommodate. Not so much. The Avon campus is very good all-around.The Lakewood Facility greatly lacks professionalism, and especially courteousness.
