My history was so long and complicated that there was little time at the end to learn what Dr Fernandez thought about my situation. And I wasn't able to learn anything about what my diagnosis really was or what I might expect

Dr. Fernandez doesn't address me by my name as he walks in ( just a smile and pat on the shoulder and are you ready?) I'm not told what the treatment plan is for the day( I just hear it in his and the fellows conversation). Could be more personal touch. I leave there feeling like I'm not acknowledged as a person at times.

Dr. Fernandez recommended I see a neuromuscular neuropathy doctor to see the cause of my feet numbness. Also he recommended that I take half of each pill of Clonazepam twice daily to see if it helps with my unsteadiness when walking or standing. He also mentioned I would find my essential tremor would increase in my hands. It did. I called and tried to make an appointment with a Doctor at USF and Tampa General. I was told the soonest I could be seen was in September.
