I called on a Wednesday morning and they were able to get me in the next morning. the lady that scheduled my appointment was very nice and helpful. Dr. Bashour was quick and made sure all my questions were answered.

Doctor Bashour is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and he's been my doctor for over 25 years.

probably the best OBGYN I've ever been to! Doctor Bashour was amazing & was so attentive. I highly appreciated his level of care.

*Dr. Bashour dismissed very very strong concern about his treatment recommendation. When what I feared came to pass, he did not assist in treatment in any way. Most concerning, he offered his own moral (strong) suggestions for our pregnancy issues.

Dr. Bashour was awesome, he listened to my concerns, answered all my questions about surgery and truly cared about providing the best treatment for my situation. I was very impressed.

The care provider was very dismissive and said he would order me blood work for a problem I was having that he asked me no questions about other than what my "issue" was. I told him my problem and gave me a very vague response. He told me what he thought my diagnosis was even though he asked me zero questions about anything I was going through or even my medical history. After his vague diagnosis he said he would have me do blood work later that day or in the morning. We discussed one other vague topic and his nurse gave me a pamphlet and that was it. He never offered me to come back and follow up with him to talk about my blood work or to do some further discussion about my issues.

The care provider and nurse took no interest in the care of my needs. Seemed as if my issue did not matter.

Wait time is excellent with this physician. I check in and I am seen within 10-15 minutes. Once the MA is complete, the physician is in the exam room within 15 minutes.

In the past, Dr. Bashour has taken the time to listen to me and explain things clearly. At this recent check up, he seemed distracted and in a hurry. I have had 2 health scares in the past year or so that were of concern to him. I was surprised that he didn't make reference at all to the second one while I was on the examining table.

He has been a wonderful doctor. I recommend him to everyone I know!

I have never felt so dismissed by a provider before. I went to this doctor to discuss concerns with a current medication and side effects I was experiencing. This doctor talked over me as I tried to explain what was going on, rushed through my appointment, did not listen when I asked question about a condition I have and seemed unaware that I even had the condition. He would not discuss other medication options for me and left me with the same prescription I had before which is giving me side effects. I will definitely not be returning to this provider and was beyond disappointed in his patient care.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Bashour. He is a very competent physician who took the time to explain my medical issues and really eased my mind about the procedure scheduled. I would recommend him without any hesitation.

even though I didn't wait... I felt like the provider was rushing to get to his next appointment...so they didn't have to wait..

I went to see the doctor for my annual (female) exam. I felt like this appointment was rushed and wasn't even able to ask the doctor all the questions I had. This was very unusual because I have seen this doctor for approximately 3 years, and had two outpatient procedures done by him. In conversation the doctor mentioned a medication I could start taking to ease my symptoms. I have been on this medication for about a year and a half already, a medication he prescribed for me. I feel as if the doctor didn't even look over my records before he came in the room to see me. I am extremely disappointed by the care, or lack thereof, that I received at this appointment. And the care was totally out of line with the care I've received from this doctor in the past.
