I was told I had to pick another provider because the person I was seeing was no longer there. I chose Jennie Spencer and made an appointment with her on May 2. I messaged her because my foot was swollen after she upped my amlodipine which she told me to watch out for. I was informed that I needed to make another appointment with a new primary because Jennie Spencer was not taking new patients. I was under the impression she was going to be my new primary. 4 days after seeing her I was told to make another appointment with someone else. I am very confused and frustrated!

I've been going to Jennie Spencer since I first started having issues, my last visit I was treated poorly with little to no concern about my issues I've been having for over a year now, she was mad that I was there and expressed that she is not qualified to handle my condition. After leaving this visit I felt a big sense of hopelessness and sadness.

I come to this office bc if Jennie Spencer . He care . Attention to detail , bed side manner and willingness to actually want to help you is why makes her so special. She is thorough and also makes sure that there is nothing else that needs addressed even if not why u made this visit

Very knowledgeable, listened, explained things, seemed a little rushed but It could also have been a false read because of illness. I'm happy she is my PCM

I just hate how long it takes to get in for fairly serious conditions. The doctor says to follow up in 4 weeks and you struggle to find a local appointment with anybody that's sooner than 3 months.
