The only problem I ever have when contacting my doctor's office is the incredibly long hold times before actually getting to speak to someone. Unfortunately, occasionally I must speak to someone and those hold times are dreadfully long.

Virginia is the absolute best! She is always attentive to my concerns and talks things through with me to find the treatment option I'm most comfortable with. Her kindness, empathy and care are not typically found in doctors offices anymore - definitely a keeper!
