Jena does a great job of reviewing where I'm currently at, asking questions of how I'm doing, and discussing why we've chosen the treatment plan we have. Then, she talks through changes we could make, including both positives and negatives. She listens to what I say, and answers the questions I have. I feel like she values what I say and that we make treatment decisions together.

Jena is so kind and professional and listened to what I had to say. She is knowledgeable about the problem and what can help and new things coming out. I truly felt that she cares about me and about helping me in the best way possible! Jena is just wonderful and I am so thankful for her help!

Jenna is great at discussing all options for treatment and explaining both pros and cons. She makes me feel very involved in my care, as though we collaborate as opposed to the provider making the decisions, which is incredible and much appreciated!
