Dr. Lansang is a Professor of Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of the Case Western Reserve University and is the Director of Diabetes Technology in the Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism here at the Cleveland Clinic. She received her clinical and research training in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard medical Schools, Boston, MA. She obtained her Master of Public Health degree from the Harvard School of Public Health. She had served as faculty at the Harvard School of Medicine and as staff physician at the Brigham and Women's Hospital. She then moved on to the University of Florida, where she was interim chief of the Division of Endocrinology before joining the Cleveland Clinic.
Dr. Lansang has published a book on diabetes, and research articles in the realm of inpatient diabetes, diabetic renal disease, steroids, and medical education, and has received multiple awards in excellence in teaching.

Dr Lansang is a wonderful, caring doctor who takes the time to ask questions and listen to and address your needs which is why I travel from Buffalo,NY to have her as my endocrinologist. I can't speak any more highly of a physician.

The doctor patiently spent time to explain my lab results. She gave me much detail which would not be necessary but ver6 informative. My new med dose was done after extended thought. Very caring!

Getting an appt with dr lansang, or her assistant, was months out for in person. I got lucky the day I called that she just had a virtual appt open up, although it was earlier than she requested for. I was pleased to have the appt when we did.

Had to wait 3 weeks for the visit and Dr Lansing showed up late, was rushed and had to leave early. My concerns were not addressed. I was given unclear instructions for upcoming labs. This resulted in further delays since I have to wait 2 weeks for another visit. My concerns has still not been addressed.

This provider makes it her professional business to read the patient's history and relates everything to the medication. Provider understands the patient's numbers and has an understanding to progress or lack of and adjust medications based on historical readings. My input is very much considered.

Dr. Lansang is extremely passionate about me as her patient. I feel the legitimacy in her attentiveness and concern for my health. She response to My chart and if not her one of her staff immediately respond to my concerns. Cleveland Clinic should make every effort to never lose her as a Doctor. There are very few that are as efficient or caring as Dr. Lansang.

Dr. Lansang is always up to date on the diabetic literature and I appreciate her including it in our discussions. I worry that she is often rushed during Zoom sessions, but that seems to be the case with all Clinic physicians in this wave of telemedicine.

My provider Dr Lansang is very skilled and knowledgeable. I trust her medical knowledge and feel comfortable with her. The video appointment had a few glitches and caused some frustration. The video appointment is convenient especially when you have to travel to for your appointment.I feel it is ok for some appointments but not all. Can be a bit inpersonal.
