I had an overall good experience. However, I am not a huge fan of the MyChart. It gives you your results promptly, but not being a doctor, it's hard to see results and not know what each of them exactly indicate.

Reviewed on Sep 18, 2017

Dr Mulligan's explanations were excellent and his ability to articulate at a high enough level for full understanding but without being too over-my-head was perfect. We discussed in greater detail over email, Hashimoto's Disease and hypothyroidism treatments and I felt very well-informed and also felt like he did a great job of allowing me to help steer the plan of care with his input and advice.
