Dr. Ricchetti explained in detail the different options I have to solve my problem. We discussed the options, he helped me to decide on what to try first. When my first option didn't work we talked about how we could follow up. I will need surgery to repair my shoulder and he has put me at ease about this difficult decision. Surgery was my last resort option, but knowing Dr. Richetti is doing the surgery I have no worries. We even talked about how my recovery will go if there are no complications. I feel confident that he is the right Doctor for my surgery and follow up appointments.
