Dr. Ricchetti took on my reverse shoulder replacement as a challenge and followed through with his commitment. Although my case needed significant bone grafting, it is amazing how well it feels and works now. He seemed to realize how the surgery could help me and he offered support and a time window to decide. I am grateful for his help.

Good

Reviewed on Apr 18, 2016

The provider told me that the decision to have surgery was entirely personal. On my most recent visit, he explained how, why and when different classes of patients make that decision, and he did so in very simple and practical terms. We had the best discussion that I've ever had with him, and I left the office feeling empowered and better informed.
