Spent a lot of time getting thorough history and actually listening to my symptoms. She came up with multiple options for me to try and helped me more in one visit than the 2 years I spent with a different urology practice.

My appointment was originally scheduled with a different provider which had to be cancelled due to illness. I explained I needed to see someone that day and the scheduler found me an appointment with Michelle who I had seen before so in the end it worked out well.

I was very impressed with the Adv Practice Nurse Practitioner but I don't understand why every urology referral is not to a board certified urologist. This is no way reflects on the NP who was outstanding in her knowledge and caring attitude.

After my first visit with Michelle I knew that I would continue with her as my care giver. She listens, is very empathetic, and works with me to find the best avenue for my health. I really respect and like having her as a care giver.
