Kelley is an exceptional care provider. She is respectful, kind, a good listener and discussed treatment options with me. I left the office feeling like I was treated by a very capable and compassionate provider.

As in every prior visit with Kelley Bartley, our rapport was excellent. I always leave with a more thorough understanding of my health. I arrived with a supply issue from my prescription provider, Express Scripts. Nurse Bartley went above and beyond to assure me of alternate ways to get the exact blood pressure med for me.

Accuracy of test: I had a blood draw 10 minutes before my appointment with Kelly. I did not know that Dr. Harhay had also scheduled an INR as a part of the tests. The blood draw came up as a 3.1, well within the range that I manage my INR. However, Kelly's reading was 4.1, something I have never had. There should not have been that much of a discrepancy!
