I have nothing but good things to say about everyone that I encountered during my stay. I was informed as to delays medication whatever. I would never ever go to another hospital, but a Vons and I tell all my family friends that this is the best Place to go. Thank you Avon for a wonderful stay the last four visits you have made my life so much simpler.

This was my first visit with Dr. Bartley and WOW! She took time to look at my chart and history. She explained things very clearly. When I asked questions she answered them and told me why she was answering the way she was. This was SUCH a positive experience!

Saw NP this visit which was far more detailed and informative than my last visit with a Dr. Dr , last visit, told me very little, did not answer my questions and spent all of 5 min. I felt far more comfortable with NP this visit.

Kelly Bartley is by far one the of the best Care givers I have encountered in my recovery from my CABG. In fact, she is one of the best care givers of any medical care giver I have ever had for any visit. She is very approachable and easy to talk with. She will explain in depth why she is prescribing a change of dosage or prescribing a medication. I do not feel rushed through my appointment as most other medical visits. Cleveland Clinic is very fortunate to have her on their staff. I hope this review will make it back to her so she knows how much I appreciate her!

Dr. Kelly Bartley is in the top 5 of the best doctors I've ever had. She was so thorough and made sure I understood all my test results. She was drawing me diagrams and went the extra step to put me at ease. Absolutely amazing and I've already recommended her.

One thing that Kelly Bartley, PA does so well is excellent communication with her patients and the patient's family. She listens carefully, discusses options, insures understandings by all parties and suggests a plan of action. I'm very satisfied with the care she has provided.
