We are so grateful for Melanie! You can tell she truly cares about each patient. Takes time to answer questions and not rush through anything. She is so sweet to our child and makes it very easy for him to be seen.

Ms Klein is an excellent Nurse Practioner. She is kind, patient, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. Her patients (and their parents) are lucky to have her!

Melanie is amazing. She caught an issue very early which could have become much much worse. She listens to the kids and speaks directly to them. We love her!

Melanie was so kind & patient. I am a first time mom & had a lot of questions- she took the time to throughly explain the answers to my questions & was very personable. She cared for my baby & explained everything that she was doing & where my baby was at healthwise. I felt comfortable asking questions & confident in our care plan. She even stuck around & helped with the baby while I filled out paperwork & then assisted with getting her in the car seat & showed me safety tips. This has by far been the best experience I have had with a provider at the Cleveland Clinic- I even switched to her being my baby's primary care provider after this visit. THANK YOU!!!!
