This was my first visit with this nurse practioner. She was great -- did not try to hurry me, answered all my questions and was very respectful.

Valerie was absolutely amazing. It is too bad she is leaving. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond.

I didn't realize the scheduler had set up the appointment at the Stow location until I saw it on my portal in box. I was expecting the appointment to be in Hudson at the location of my physician.

Same as other comment. They were ok but I would rather see so.eone else the next time. Very hard to see the regular Dr. Anymore

The nurse practitioner who treated me would not listen to what I was saying more worried about the meds that she thought I wasn't taking all but called me a liar explain how my poop should be when she wouldn't listen to me and wanted me for good for x-ray saying I was constipated was anything but constipated she was rude can you use these and non-responsive to what I was asking her I wasn't sure what you was trying to treat me for I had to stop and ask her the worst experience with a doctor I have ever had

I was so impressed with Valarie Senko. She listened to me. Good exam. She developed a plan of care and explained it. She even called me at home later in the day to follow up. I was so impressed with her care

Dr. Valerie whole staff was outstanding. I feel good after relocating from Oregon to have herself and staff take care of my health needs.

Would have preferred a doctor or PA-C in my regular practice and wish I would have known in advance that she was not. She was professional and kind and did provide a plan of action.
