PAC was so great! She actually "listened" to me and all my concerns as well as was very on point with her attention to detail! I was a patient and not a number which is so rare these days! Please stay that way.

I highly pleased with Patricia Jordan Smith as my healthcare provider. Finally, a provider who understands that my mental health issues affect participation in keeping up on physical healthcare!!

This was my first appointment with Jordan and she spent a lot of time with me making sure she had all of my conditions and diagnoses and medications recorded properly and she spent a lot of time working with me.
