Cynthia Lambert was phenomenal!! If she was not working post acute managment, I would want her as my PCP

Cynthia was fantastic! I was so worried about my situation but by the time I left she made me feel so much better and was great about letting me know my situation was very manageable. She was very on point, articulate and got me out of there in a very timely manner.

Cynthia was punctual, efficient & friendly. She listened & correctly interpreted my explanation as to why I kept the follow- up appointment. I felt like I was in very good hands with everyone I interacted with at the clinic.
