If you have chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, a severe headache, broken bone or other serious problems, please go to the nearest emergency department or 911.

Conditions Treated

Diagnostic x-ray is available. Conditions include:

  • Sprains
  • Strains
  • Fever
  • Seasonal allergies
  • Sinus infections
  • Minor lacerations
  • Minor burns
  • Muscle aches and pains
  • Bronchitis
  • Minor trauma
  • Abscesses
  • Migraine headache
  • Stomach flu

Bainbridge Urgent Care - formerly Marymount Prompt Care – offers walk-in convenience. No appointment is necessary.

Our board-certified physicians, nurses and other medical staff provide children and adults with specialized care for injuries and illnesses requiring prompt medical attention. X-rays services are available at this location.

Your physician at Bainbridge Urgent Care can also update your electronic medical record on the computer, print out your prescriptions and test orders, and send lab results to other Cleveland Clinic specialists as needed.

If you have chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, a severe headache, broken bone or other serious problems, please go to the nearest emergency department or call 911.

Express Care Clinic addresses common health problems, including:

  • Conjunctivitis
  • Ear and throat infections
  • Minor bumps and cuts
  • Seasonal allergies
  • Skin rashes
  • Simple sprains and strains
  • Sinus infections
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Upper respiratory tract infections

Express Care Clinic Team

Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants are trained to diagnose and treat common medical conditions. They are backed by the resources of the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic, should you require additional care.

Express Care® Online is medical care built for the way you live today. It’s a simple, affordable service that lets you see a healthcare provider whenever and wherever you want to, online or by mobile app. Once you’re connected, a healthcare provider will review your history, answer your questions and at their discretion diagnose, treat and even prescribe medication. If you receive a prescription, we’ll send it straight to your pharmacy. All in one 10–minute session.

eVisits

eVisits

MyChart eVisits are a convenient, secure way to access Cleveland Clinic providers for five common, minor ailments:

  • back pain
  • cough
  • urinary tract infection
  • sinus infection
  • vaginal yeast infection

Simply log in to your secure MyChart account at any time of the day or night and utilize the eVisit feature to complete a quick series of questions related to your symptom history. A Cleveland Clinic Express Care provider will respond via a secure MyChart message with a diagnosis and treatment instructions within one business day. If medication is prescribed, the prescription order will be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.

Patients must be 18 and over in order to use this service, and must have seen a Cleveland Clinic provider in the last three years. There is a fee of $20 which will be billed to you directly. This service is not currently covered by insurance.
