Our Purpose
On behalf of Cleveland Clinic, the Institutional Biosafety Committee is responsible for reviewing recombinant and synthetic nucleic acid molecule research for compliance with the NIH Guidelines for Research Involving Recombinant or Synthetic Nucleic Acid Molecules.
When possible and consistent with protection of privacy and proprietary interests, Institutional Biosafety Committee meetings are open to the public.
