Community Care Outcomes

Initiatives to prevent falls continue to focus on identifying those patients whose fall risk may have changed during the course of their care and treatment, as a result of either their own health status change or new medications/procedures known to increase their risk. There were no inpatient falls with major injury from 2020-2022.
