Description
Patients who are interested in research often have a hard time finding research opportunities. This registry was developed to put patients in touch with research happening at the Cleveland Clinic and area hospitals.
The purpose of this registry is to keep a record of patients who are interested in stroke research. Patients who sign up for the registry can be contacted via MyChart, email, mailing or phone call about research opportunities in the region. Interested patients will be asked to read and complete a consent form online. After providing consent, patients will answer a few questions about their stroke and difficulties they have experienced since. It take no more than 15-20 minutes to sign up and there if no fee.

Inclusion Criteria
- 18 years or older
- Diagnosed with a stroke
- Capacity to provide consent
