Description
The purpose of this study is to determine MRI biomarkers, describe unique MRI features, and determine clinical and MRI predictors of clinical outcomes of myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody (MOG-IgG1) associated disorders (MOGAD). This will help characterize the MRI features of MOGAD, and differentiate these from aquaporin-4 (AQP4-IgG) neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) and multiple sclerosis (MS).
Participants will be asked to complete one visit. Activities include a 7T MRI scan with or without contrast and optional blood sample collection.
Inclusion Criteria
- Age 18-99 years
- Diagnosis of MOGAD, multiple sclerosis (MS) or are a healthy control
Exclusion Criteria
- Contraindication to MRI scans
