Description
The purpose of this study is to collect long-term safety and effectiveness data on patients that have had a thalamotomy using the Exablate Neuro System. This is an observational registry after treatment with an FDA-approved device.
Study participation may last up to 5 years. There are 4 study related visits for the first year, followed by annual visits. Study activities include motor exams and questionnaires.
Inclusion Criteria
- 30 years of age and older
- Undergoing an Exablate procedure for TDPD treatment
Exclusion Criteria
- Under 30 years of age
- Do not agree to participate or unlikely to participate for the entirety of the study
