Description
To acquire quantifiable data through the use of magnetic resonance fingerprinting (MRF) technique in diagnosed Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) patients in order to identify common quantitative imaging characteristics: an ALS imaging “signature”, so to speak.
Inclusion Criteria
The study population will include 10 diagnosed ALS patients recruited through the Neuromuscular Center of the Cleveland Clinic Neurological Institute. These patients will age between 40 to 65 years with duration of symptoms of being less than a year.
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals over 65years of age
ALS symptoms for over a year
