Description
Primary Objective:
- To assess clinical target volumes (CTV) and planning target volumes (PTV) with APBI cases treated with VeraForm.
Secondary Objectives:
- Compare CTV and PTV volumes as compared to historical breast registry
- Assessment of acute toxicities based on CTCAE version 5
- Assessment of chronic toxicities (based on CTCAE version 5
- Assess clinical outcomes (local control, regional recurrence)
Inclusion Criteria
- Patients with histologically confirmed non-metastatic breast cancer
- All histologies will be eligible
- Treatment plan includes breast conserving surgery and adjuvant radiation therapy delivered with partial breast irradiation
- As determined by multi-disciplinary breast team
- Age > 18 years old, no upper age limit
Exclusion Criteria
- Mastectomy
- Lack of histologic diagnosis
- Metastatic disease
- Non-partial breast irradiation treatment plan
