Emily Williams is the Chief Compliance Offer at Cleveland Clinic. In this role, Emily leads the Clinic’s corporate compliance programs in cooperation with Cleveland Clinic’s law department.
Previously, Emily was general counsel for Cleveland Clinic Akron General, Mercy and Union hospitals and was a trusted advisor to hospital executives. She was also the law department practice chair for hospital operations, overseeing legal work related to licensure and accreditation surveys for Main Campus and all Ohio regional hospitals.
Emily graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2005. Since then, she has represented healthcare providers at large national firms and served as general counsel at Cardinal Health at Home.
