Renee Kolonick is the Vice President of Ambulatory Operations for Cleveland Clinic with responsibility over Ohio and Florida. In this role, Renee focuses on standardization and scalability, developing a culture of high reliability and continuous improvement, strategic growth and systemness.
Previously, Renee was an executive director at Cleveland Clinic focusing on operations. She helped develop and grow strategic programs, led teams through culture change, increased patient, employee and physician engagement, and facilitated strong integration between the institutes and regional hospitals.
Renee graduated from Ashford University (now University of Arizona Global Campus) with a master’s degree in healthcare administration.
