Financial Statements
According to the terms of a continuing disclosure agreement entered into in connection with its bond offerings, Cleveland Clinic provides copies of its financial statements to Digital Assurance Certification, a website that acts as a clearinghouse for information on municipal bond offerings.
The rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission also require that this information be posted on EMMA (Electronic Municipal Market Access), a newly created website of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board.
