I love Dr Tsai and all her staff

Reviewed on Jun 14, 2017

Dr. Tsai includes me in decisions or wants to hear my comments on things. We work as a team which I highly value her for

Reviewed on Apr 24, 2017

This provider needs to slow down and listen. She seemed to be reading questions straight off of a template list and was so busy thinking about the next question she barely listened to my answer. If she had just let me speak for about 2 minutes to tell her what was going on with me and stopped and really listened, I think it would have made a huge difference. I repeated myself several times and she also missed things in my history that should have been readily apparent. I don't feel like she got the whole story. I also felt like I had to read her note on My Chart to fill in the blanks on what she said. I also can't get a clear cut answer from her office on a question I called about.
