i waited an hour until I was called back for my appointment. patients should be contacted if the provider is running more than 20 minutes behind schedule. i had to pay more for parking, too.

Dr. Lowder is an ophthalmologist that is concerned with the entire person, not just eyes- she is the best. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Lowder has my ophthalmologist.

Appt was at 2:00, saw Dr. Lowder at 3:55. that's almost 2 hours past appt time. because it's Dr. Lowder and she is the best I waited. Not sure I would have done the same for anyone else.

Reviewed on Jun 1, 2018

While I am extremely happy with the care I receive at the Clinic, it is completely unacceptable to spend two hours from the time I check-in to the time I check-out for one appointment when I only see the doctor herself for roughly 5-10 minutes. This is not a one-time occurance. It happens frequently. More communication between the technician and patient regarding potential long wait time would be appreciated.

Dr Lowder is an excellent physician!

Although Dr. Lowder is very busy, she is worth the wait.

Reviewed on Mar 30, 2018

Dr Lowder is great! don't know where I would be without her now as my eye was in bad shape. I would recommend her to anyone. only thing I can really say is she is always super busy and I usually have to wait longer than normal but I started making my appointments earlier. I don't like your parking situation however I used to pay six dollars which I thought was too much But now I have to pay $10 for valet and the parking lot is empty and I can't park my own car

Reviewed on Mar 28, 2018

I waited 90 minutes to see the doctor. That is awful customer service. A complete disregard of my time. I arrived on time with no indication of being so far behind. This is NOT a new problem.

Reviewed on Mar 21, 2018

I waited for over 2 hours to see this doctor for her to spend less than 5 minutes examining me and talking with me. She has never really helped me understand my condition or how it could be managed better. I need to find another provider, but it seems so difficult to find a doctor that actually listens that I keep putting it off.

Reviewed on Mar 2, 2018

she left me with a hundred questions and no answers no follow-up no detail no answers of why or what could have caused this or what to do about it in the future

Reviewed on Dec 21, 2017

She wasn't real pleased with me when I used the medication more than what was prescribed, but I knew the problem I was having w/my eyes was coming back and never administered more than what was prescribed in the beginning.( When my eye was worsening I put 4 drops in instead of 3. Four is what was prescribed in the beginning.)
